We offer a meal package for our special guests. You will experience a gourmet Cajun dinner on the night you arrive, a hot breakfast in the morning before the fishing trip and a sack lunch on the boat. $50 per person.

Pepper jack boudin stuffed pork loin on Louisiana yellow rice drizzled with balsamic glaze
Crawfish dressing stuffed chicken breast with corn maque choux
Grilled Redfish with bayou shrimp sauce and roasted red potatoes
Speckled Trout Almandine over basil rice with shoepeg corn salad
Blackened chicken covered in crawfish pontchartrain sauce with asparagus topped with hollandaise sauce
New Orleans style BBQ trout, Skillet corn and pesto rice.
