October, 3, 2013Â Mike H. & Friends Steve and Wyatt Put Over 100 in the Boat on Lake Calcasieu Today!! The birds were working and the fish were biting. 40 nice ones went in the cooler but it was 2 or 3 at a time with lots of 11 inchers to wade through to get our cooler filled! Wyatt cuaght this nice 8 lb Red on his first trip to Big Lake and a nice 2 lb Flounder to finish his first trip with a nice Big Lake Slam!!!

October 1, 2013 Fall Starts With a Limit of Trout on Lake Calcasieu!! I postponed my trip today because of the threat of heavy storms but snuck out in between raindrops and caught this nice limit of Lake Calcasieu Silver Bullets!!!

September 27, 2013 It Was a Fast Start and Great Finish For Gearge J., Wife Lannet and Son Lance!! We had some nice 5 lb Bronze Beauties first thing and the tide quickly slowed to a trickle but after lunch it picked up and some birds started working and helped us put some nice trout in the box!
