Ramey N. and a group of fellow firefighters and their friends fill the cooler with some of Big Lakes best Specks and Reds. Hard as they tried they couldnot put out the Flames! But said they’d be back next year to try again!!!

May 1, 2011 Harry H. & Sons Robert & Scott Catch a Mess in 30 MPH Winds!!! We almost canceled but these guys where diehards and had faith that I could put them on the fish even during a Hurricane!!! Almost!!! Gulp was the bait of choice with a little back up from live bait that
 helped these guys fill the cooler with some Nice 1 to 3 pound Lake Calcasieu Trout!!!

April 29, 2011 Butch M. & Son Josh Have a Challenging But Very Productive Day on Big Lake!!! The Flounder were anxious to take the New Gulp Mud Minnow! Swimming Mullet under a cork was what the Trout were after today inspight of the 15 to 20 MPH winds these guys worked hard to put a nice mess of fish in the cooler!

April 16 2011 Jack H. & Bradley Find the Big Lake Flatfish Like Gulp!! The day started with a couple of nice specks & reds but Flounder was on the main Menu. Hard work lots of casts in 25 mph winds ended with a nice successful day on Lake Calcasieu!
