October 7, 2010 Henry R. ,Sam ,& Charlie St. Jude Winners Have a great Day 3 on Big Lake!!! Birds were flying and fish were too! Into the cooler that is. Right from sunrise Gulp under a cork kept me busy netting doubles and triples untill the cooler was overflowing and we headed to Calcasieu Point for a second cooler and more bait! What a problem to have on a beautiful fall day on Lake Calcasieu!!!! It Don’t get No Better!!!!!

October 2, 2010 Jerry, Nancy & Jim Kick off the fall season with a Bang on Big Lake!!!! Dispite 20 to 25MPH winds these guys gave me a workout baiting Live Shrimp and netting over 60 fish today! Nancy caught the big Fish, 2 Bronze Beauties , 25 inches !!!! Great Job! I still have a few October Dates and Several in
 November to get in on the great Fall Lake Calcasieu Action!!!

September 30, 2010 Stanley H. Joins Captain Tom On a Scouting Mission and Finds Gold!!! This was Stanley’s Third visit to Lake Calcasieu this month and he’s allredy planning for October. It started a bit slow with a few birds working and a few trout in the cooler we decided to get some live shrimp and head south. It turned out to be a good move. We started working the grass along the south bank and within 30 minutes had a nice limit of Big Lake Bronze Beauties and 2 Huge Flatfish too boot.

September 26, 2010 Vasif, Ali 1 & 2 (Twins) & Syed Catch 4 Big Lake Slams!!! ( Trout,Red & Flounder) Live Shrimp under a cork helped this crew from Houston to Slam the Big Lake beauties. The Flounder have started their fall run and as the weather cools the fishing will only get Hotter!!!!
