June 14,2008 Hubert, Barry, & Adam from Houston started the day with the first Quadruple. We all caught a nice Trout on our first cast. The wind finally laid down today and the water was perfect!!! These guys used a combination of live shrimp and Gulp to fill the cooler with nice trout at every stop. Barry had the big fish at 3# on a Norton Sand Eel. I’m Booked through the 30th of June but have openings for some great July action on Big Lake.

June 10,2008 Clay A. & friend Pete came over from Beaumont and friend Ray came from Baton Rouge for a day of hiding from the severe storms and catching some Nice Flounder, Trout & Reds. If the break in the wind continues we should soon be back to chasing birds and the lake should clear and the fish will return to the reefs for some great summer Calcasieu action.

Sunday 6/8/2008 Al & Stephanie came over from Houston and brought their friends Chassiti and Brandon From Ohio over for some southern hospitality that included some wagering at the Casino and a day on the lake with Captain Tom. Despite the strong winds and the 50 hardheads we caught these guys managed to put some nice trout and reds in the cooler, mostley on live shrimp.
